The Moirai elders speak of the Doctor....and how they should be wary if they have the misfortune of stumbling upon him. In their language he is known as polemistis or 'warrior'. While he might be sympathetic to their plight, he might be more angry about the way they chose to try to solve it. The Moirai have been ordered to take great care in their dealings with the Doctor and avoid him, just in case what they heard is right and he is as rightous as they say.

But there are rumors that say that he is dead...
